  • Yes, Tailblazers is fully insured for compete peace of mind.

  • Yes, I collect your dog and drop them off after their walk. You do not need to be home. During the meet and greet, we'll discuss access and where essentials are kept.

  • Tailblazers uses an app to send updates after each visit. You can track walks, view reports, receive photos, and stay in touch via the app. You can learn more about it here.

  • As a general practice all dogs are walked on the lead unless signed consent is given to walk off leash. Dogs are only let off leash in designated off leash areas.

  • The Port Hills, Bottle Lake Forest, Sumner Beach and New Brighton Beach, to name a few. Tailblazers walk a variety of routes, ensuring dogs are kept interested and stimulated by lots of new places and smells! 

  • A maximum of four dogs, this grouping allows each dog to be given optimal care whilst remaining under safe and effective control.       

  • Invoices are sent fortnightly on the 1st and 16th of the month. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash, and invoices can be viewed and settled online.

  • In the rare event of an emergency, I will immediately contact you. I'll take your pet to your vet or the nearest possible vet if needed.
